Allworx is good gear. The usual problem is not the platform — it is that the reseller who installed it has been sold, merged or closed, and nobody local will take the system on.
We will. We sell renewed Allworx hardware and we support the systems it goes into.
Systems and phones we work with
Allworx Connect servers, the Verge 9304, 9308 and 9312, and the 9200 series — 9202, 9204, 9212L and 9224 — plus Tx expansion modules.
What we do
- Add and program handsets — extensions, display names, button and line-appearance layouts matched to your existing sets
- Moves, adds and changes as staff come and go
- Voicemail, auto-attendant, call queues and routing
- Work out why a phone will not register
- Check your licence position before you buy phones you cannot turn on
- Ongoing support if you would rather have someone on the end of a phone than a one-off fix
Phones that arrive ready to work
If you are buying handsets from us, we can configure each one against your system before it ships. Plug it in and it registers — nothing to program at your end.
$29 per handset. If a phone we configured will not register, we put it right at no charge.

Licences: check before you buy
An Allworx system needs a free handset licence for every phone you add. If the system is already at its limit, the phone will not register no matter how well it is configured. This catches people out constantly. Check first, or book a discovery call and we will check it with you.
What remote support costs
$185 per hour. 30-minute minimum, then 15-minute increments.
