Your carrier stopped supporting it. We didn't.

Our technicians install and maintain this equipment for a living — Nortel Norstar and BCM, Avaya, NEC DT300, LG-Ericsson iPLDK and Allworx. Most of what goes wrong on these systems can be sorted remotely, without waiting for someone to drive out.

$185 per hour. 30-minute minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments.

What we do

• Programming a new or replacement set into an existing system — extension, display name, button and line-appearance layout
• Voicemail boxes, greetings, auto-attendant and call routing changes
• Working out why a set will not register, will not ring, or rings in the wrong place
• Recovering programming after a power event or a swap-out
• Telling you honestly whether a system is worth keeping alive, and what it would take

How it works

1. Buy the time here, or email us first if you would rather scope it.
2. We contact you to arrange a window and sort out remote access.
3. We do the work and tell you what we found.

If the job turns out to be smaller than you bought, we refund the difference. If it turns out to be much bigger, we stop and tell you before spending your money.

Larger jobs

Multi-site work, system migrations, or anything with an unknown shape is quoted rather than billed hourly. Tell us what you are dealing with.

Ongoing support

If you are running a platform nobody will touch any more and you want someone on the end of a phone rather than a one-off fix, we do that too. Ask about ongoing support.
