iPLDK systems were installed widely and then largely abandoned by the channel that sold them. If you are running one, you have probably already found that almost nobody will quote you support on it.

What we work on
LG-Ericsson iPLDK platforms and the LDP series digital key telephones, including the LDP-7208D and the 24-key LDP-7224D.

Digital sets hold no programming
Like other digital key telephones, an LDP handset carries almost no configuration. The extension, the line appearances and the button layout all live in the system. Swap the set, we reprogram the system, and it comes back as the phone it replaced.
How remote support works
- Tell us the system and the symptom.
- We arrange a window and sort out remote access.
- We do the work and report back.
What it costs
$185 per hour. 30-minute minimum, then 15-minute increments.
