We do not just sell renewed phone equipment. Our technicians install and maintain this gear for a living, and most of what goes wrong on a legacy phone system can be fixed remotely, often the same day.

Remote support and programming
Moves, adds and changes. Voicemail and auto-attendant. Sets that will not register, will not ring, or ring at the wrong desk. Programming recovered after an outage. Lost installer passwords. An honest answer about whether a system is worth keeping alive.
$185 per hour. 30-minute minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments. If the job turns out smaller than you bought, we refund the difference. If it turns out much bigger, we stop and tell you before spending your money.
Pre-configured handsets
Buying Allworx IP phones from us? We configure each one against your system before it ships. Plug it in and it registers — nothing to program at your end. $29 per handset, and if a phone we configured will not register, we put it right at no charge.
Larger jobs
Multi-site work, system migrations and anything with an unknown shape is quoted rather than billed hourly. Same for ongoing support if you would rather have someone on the end of a phone than a one-off fix.
