Where we ship
Every province and territory in Canada, and to the United States.
How long it takes
Orders are picked and prepared within 1–3 business days. You get a confirmation email with tracking once it leaves us.
- Canada — 3–7 business days standard, 2–4 expedited where available.
- United States — 5–10 business days standard, 3–7 expedited where available.
These are estimates. Location, customs and carrier delays all move them.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout on weight and destination. If you are ordering a system or a large quantity and want a shipping quote before you commit, ask us and we will work it out.
US orders and customs
Customs duties, taxes and import fees may be charged by US Customs and Border Protection. Those are the recipient's responsibility, not ours. If you are unsure what an order will attract, check with your local customs office before you order.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Email sales@officeoutlet.ca with your order number and we will issue an RMA number.
Nothing comes back without an RMA number. We cannot match an unmarked parcel to an order, and we cannot refund what we cannot identify.
- Unopened and unused, in original packaging — full refund, no fee.
- Opened — a 15% restocking fee applies. The unit has to be retested and repackaged before it can be sold again.
- You pay return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
- Use a trackable service. We cannot be responsible for parcels that do not arrive.
Once it is back and inspected we will let you know the outcome, and approved refunds go to the original payment method within a few business days.
Faulty equipment is different
If something fails, that is a warranty claim, not a return. Everything we sell carries twelve months, the restocking fee does not apply, and within the first 30 days we pay shipping both ways.
